how on earth did that never occur to me

I have lots of useless knowledge swirling around in my brain. Yet I have trouble remembering what I had for dinner last night. Or where I left my dadgum car keys!!!

Frankly, there are the places you go when you have time--when luxury is at a premium.  I am a bit ashamed to admit that I prefer the handicapped stall because I never know if it is for people who are handicapped when they enter or if it counts if you are temporarily disabled when you leave.  The handlebars are nice, giving the client opportunities for leverage that are simple not available in the standard stalls for the masses.

Then there are the places best suited for an up-tempo, "Splash 'n Dash" when the meter is running in the cab or your kids are in the car with the windows rolled up.  Parking and proximity are at a premium.

Perhaps the most underestimated component that SCP fails to address here is the quality of the TP.  Is it single ply?  Double?  Is it built for strength or comfort?  How does it unroll, and is it difficult to get your hand in there to pull out the paper and is the tension so taught that it gives you one sheet at a time?  SCP, these are important factors, just as important as the atmosphere to me.
