Never understood why most bathrooms (while walking in) has a push door?, but pull when walking out. Seriously??? You just washed your hands and now you have to use the handle to open the door? That crap annoys me to no end.

Biggest design flaw of the modern era.

Most doors swing 'in' to a room. That way a lock can't be defeated by simply taking the pin out of the hinge. You want the hinge inside the room to be secured.

Makes all the sense in the world. But in a public facility with no lock, I shouldn't have to grab a handle to get out of a restroom after I have washed my hands. If I have to, the place of business needs to put a trash receptacle next to the door so I can do my swing open drop paper towel move.

Who is breaking into bathrooms? And $40 of supplies from Amazon and most locks are defeated

If there is no trashcan by the door, I do the foot stop and toss it towards the can. If I make it cool, it I don't, oh well they should have put a fuging trash can near the door.

The worst is when they not only have no can near the door, but are also out of paper towels. Then I'm forced to use the bottom of my shirt. Anything to keep from touching that damn door handle.

Ditto. Shirt or if the handle is low enough I'll use my pants.

As a traveling man like myself I sometimes had to stop for a two 4 or 8 hours because I had stopped and had chili cheese hashbrowns at Waffle House lol, but Loves Truck Stop do a fine job providing a always clean and quiet individual environment with low traffic flow so I pass on everything if I know Ill be coming up on one.
