Just FYI here.   About the first accident...   i was coming down after my chute was open.   We were instructed to turn our canopy

in the direction of the large arrow on the ground.    They were trying to get me over the highway and power lines so it caused me 

to come in pretty fast and hard.      Ideally I should have been coming in against the wind.

 

And finally the third problem wasn't a static line.   I was free falling and the chute would not open for me.   When I pulled my reserve I

was falling on my back with the reserve chute was placed over my stomach causing the hyper extension when it opened up.
