Our defense needs to figure out how to stop the underneath passing game or we're dead in the water. Those short passes cut our zones up like a hot knife through butter.

I dont think the Cowboys offense is better than Atlanta. Going into today I was nervous about the Falcons offense. The key will be the Cowboys have a better defense than the Falcons. So if our offense can do better than today and if the defense improves a bit then sure the Panthers can win. That all being said its a long shot.

Maybe since this will be a Nationally televised game on Monday night and against the Cowboys this might be a game Peppers thinks will be a good audition for a trade so he might decide to show up and get some pressure on the QB.

Really, there is always a chance. It may seem unlikely, and Dallas will obviously be the favorite, but I would never count out the Panthers.

If we do, it's because theyll play poorly. Until we fix our secondary, good QBs will have an easy time with us. I sort of want Dallas to win tonight, so that if we DO upset them...yes, upset...we'll hand them their first home loss.

Personell-wise, we are not that far from the team that went 12-4 last season. Yes, we face a much tougher schedule, but I honestly think we'll continue to improve as the year goes on.
