It's a bit ironic that Boone is tweeting about having had his phone on his dash when supposedly it was Shaq's phone falling (not sure if he dropped it, or it slid off seat / dash) which caused him to cross the center line.  Phones & driving don't combine well.  I annoy many of my friends by just stowing & silencing my phone when driving, thus not taking their calls or messages for significant chunks of time, sometimes, but I've learned that for me even using hands free and talking while driving in challenging traffic doesn't work.  Too much of a distraction.
