Reportedly killed in a car accident. Only 27 years old.

Dang. I thought this kid was a great young actor. I liked his version of 'Fright Night' better than the original.

You could certainly call it a car accident, although a freak one. He got out of his car in the driveway and it rolled back on him, pinning him to a brick pillar.

The kid was genuinely talented.

Truly a shame, he was a fantastic actor, I liked all his work.

In regards to the "accident". Apparently the vehicle in question was a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee which has been dealing with recalls recently in relation to a rollaway issue with the vehicle not actually being in park when the owner assumes it is, which has resulted in quite a few injuries.

Strangely, 1 friend of mine had this happen, and had his phone and was able to call 911...only suffered a broken pelvis.

Another friend/acquaintance of mine was killed this way, didn't have a cell in his pocket.

I liked him alot in ODD THOMAS which is on Netflix. 

The Jeep recall is awful..you know they are worried when Chrysler-Jeep-Fiat is investigating his death.

Jeep has been one of the worst car manufacturers in recent memory.  My company offers us an amazing discount on their vehicle...  I would not touch them with6 foot pole.

He was the kid kidnapped in Alphadog. I just rewatched that movie. 

Sad, great actor. RIP
