You are not required to have 1 number on personalized tags. My current Panthers tag reads RO@R and I ordered the new Panthers tag and had it personalized JUMP. Also, the local tag agency told me I could keep my old tag (it doesn't expire until November...) It sounds like there is some bad information floating around. Also, the new tags I've seen are pressed not printed. :)

I finally ordered one of these plates for my truck. Good cause and great message. I met Sam Mills wife at the Superbowl and we talked about the keep pounding slogan. It was a highlight of the trip

It's a printed tag, not pressed. I kept both of my old plates.

It's a yearly fee but I think they charge that regardless of your plate type on your renewal every year

This is a $30 charge on top of what you would normally have to pay.  So around $60 total.
