Moving to Wilmington...Suggestions Needed

I'm moving out of my house by August 1st. It's close to campus, two story 3 bedroom 2.5 baths, on a private drive. 1250 a month so bit out of your range but it's a comfortable private location

My wife lived at Mill Creek Apts off of Randall. Fairly certain that the UNCW shuttle runs by there. It was fine. No real complaints. There is a mix of students and reg folks.

I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1100 sq ft condo that will be available July 1st.  $950 per month, including water, sewer, trash.  It's off of Wrightsville Ave, near Forest Hills.  So, basically in the middle of Wilmington.  Ideally, I would not want to wait until the end of July to get it rented, but if it's still available....

You'd obviously be my tenant, so anything stupid you do will be posted here.  PM me if still interested.

They've recently expanded as well, so newer build and amenities. Not sure about price though. I have a friend in the Reserve off of Kerr (2 miles or so away from UNCW) and she likes it. She's in her upper 20's, so not all college students. Good luck.
