Trade for OT Eugene Monroe?

Reports out there of Monroe being traded/cut by end of day Thursday.

Could the panthers offer one of their excess receivers to Baltimore for Monroe? A late round pick might be another option.

Baltimore has already paid his bonus. His contract is decent over the next 2 seasons. Only $6.5m/$6.75m per year.

Doesn't feel right for many reasons and hasn't since the rumors began IMO.  Would rather have the younger, less kooky on the surface, Joeckel.

He has also been pretty bad the last couple of years.

Why would you want to pay over $6 million per year for that kind of player?
