Austin Sefarian-Jenkins sent off the field at OTAs

In NFCS news, the Buc's tight end got dismissed from OTAs today because he didn't know what he was doing.

Austin Seferian-Jenkins' offseason of redemption isn't going swimmingly.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end was sent off of the practice field Thursday.

Coach Dirk Koetter told reporters ASJ was sent home because he "didn't know what he was doing,"per the Tampa Bay Times. Koetter said the issues are "between us."

The tight end tweeted twice after walking off the field.

Injuries have derailed the former second-round pick's two previous NFL seasons. The 23-year-old played just nine games as a rookie and seven contests last season. Seferian-Jenkins compiled 42 receptions for 559 yards and six touchdowns in two years.

damn.  actually a great move by a new coach.  even if it doesn't get ASJ's attention, the rest of the players are smart enough to get the message.

I know he's had injuries, but two years with the same team is plenty long enough to learn what you should be doing.

The saints OLB pass rusher Kikaha tore his acl. 2nd year player they were really relying on. Or I guess they were moving him to DE. But that's pretty big news.

Last week there was a big write up in the local paper about him and the "Great Impact" he is going to have on the team this year.
