As our Ukrainian ambassador I'd like to pass on my admiration for such an ambitious project. I'm saddened it failed.

 

Authorities in Ukraine say they have foiled plans to ship bootleg alcohol from Moldova to Ukraine via a pipeline.

I lived in both countries.  Moldova is known for making booze.  By the time I was 10 I knew how to make my own wine, whiskey and moonshine.  The reason he wants to make a pipeline so he can get this booze to Odessa sea port and distribute it around the world as authentic.  Thanks to Russia, it's almost impossible now with SBU (Ukranian CIA) tracking every move near the boarder.
