Do you really think the person that shot him was licensed to carry a concealed firearm? Texas actually has a relatively low rate of concealed and carry permits.

That said, I don't enjoy seeing people become violent towards each other due to the outcomes of such situations. It's difficult to understand the need for someone to shoot someone else out of anger.

Could be in prison. Plaxico served a year and a half for that I think. But it was NYC I think and their gun laws, particularly regarding handguns, are extremely strict.

I'm curious if this could end his career at Denver.  Who knows, Elway and Kubiak may not want him on the team after that and he could be gone.  Hope it does end his career, not due to injury from the gunshot but because he is a scumbag and no team would want him.

Normally I'd agree but philly brown was lucky to escape that play without serious injury. I have little doubt he'd try it again and that could cost us a star receiver in the first week of the season.
