Actually, I think Jason Carter may be a better receiver and just as good in the return game. We have 4 guys (Jones, Robinson, Carter and Moore) that can return kicks and punts when they all get healthy. I think Mark Jones has earned the job as the #4 WR/KR going forward. The other 3 can compete for the 5th inactive WR spot. Given this team's philosophy, I don't think they will ever go 5 active WR on gameday. While we're talking about wide receivers, I think they'll take both Hackett and Jarrett into camp competing for the #3 spot with Hackett being cut if Jarrett stays healthy. Those two are about equal in what they bring to the table right now, and Jarrett is only going to get better.

You left out Hackett, and I can't for the life of me figure out why everyone thinks he will be gone.

He is as cheap as they come, has had almost a whole year to get healthy, and I personally think we would be stupid to throw away an experienced, and talented player, that is taking up hardly any cap space at all.
