So my boss is a complete douchbag and has tendency yelling at people and being complete douch to them for no reason just because of his position.  Today he scheduled a meeting with me where he will likely planning on chewing me out for some random poo...  What he does not know is I was planning on quitting that day.  This is gonna be good.

I was going to suggest breaking down in tears and having an emotional breakdown all while recording the event on your phone. If you can call up some PTSD from when you lived in Ukraine, you could be looking at a nice go away settlement. $50 maybe $100 bucks.

LOL

He thinks I'd never leave because of perks I have in my position...  Thing is I don't care about these perks...  The most important thing for me is life/work balance and right now it's all work.  I knew I got the job so I start going home on time instead of working 10-12 hour shifts and my boss is fuming.  He sent me an email, telling me he's concerned with my work ethics (btw, all my work is done).  He scheduled a meeting on the day when I was planning on giving him 2 weeks notice.  He thinks he will yell at me and I will start working 12 hours a day again...  Not this time, homie.

Didn't you literally just change jobs?

Nope...  Still going thru the process.  It had to be approved by multiple people then drug test and background check.  Was informed I'm starting in 2 weeks

good for you. sticking it to a complete fuging asshole of a boss is the absolute best, especially when you're trading it for a better quality of life. i can tell you firsthand that i didn't realize how much life i wasn't living by pulling those 60-80 hour workweeks for so many years and now it's night and day. the pay cut from my old job to the new one is staggering and tough to swallow, but it's well worth it

Take a dump on his desk before you leave.

If you are sure of the new job, and have enough savings to cover two weeks, then I suggest the following:

When he starts yelling, just smile. Don't say anything, just smile. This will make him yell more. Then start laughing. When he asks what you are laughing about. Just turn towards the door. Open it. he will inevitably yell Where do you think you are going?. Then turn to him, simply say "I quit." and walk out. It would be better to already have all your stuff packed and ready to go, so it is just a smooth walk back to pick up your crap, and get out of the building.

    • For the silly people that worship her it will be that.  The Coleman 'legend' thing, they did that with another fairly average player that was here and I sort of mocked or questioned the 'legend' status. Instantly caught crap for insulting someone's favorite Panther. So okay, Kurt Coleman is a Legend.
    • You allow him to compete--you all are talking as if I am proposing making him the starter. Give him a new coach, new weapons, good OL, etc. and see what happens. You are saying, "Well Damn.  It did not work for 3 guys..."  Right now, our C is injured, we lost our top 2 WRs.  Better question:  If you need a QB, Why would you not take a chance on bringing in a QB who was a former first rounder, a good arm, intelligence, mobility, youth, etc.  and see how he does out of NY--with a better OL, better running game, better receivers.  I am not saying give him a 10-year contract, I am saying give him a chance. You act like there is no improvement on offense here--it was a 2 year process, and next year is year 2.  To me, how can you sit there with Bryce and an opportunity to sign a veteran QB on the cheap comes available and you say--"Not us. We're good.  We are waiting for Patrick Mahommes."  Jone's problem is obviously mental--and he has little support.  Why is this so frigging hard to comprehend.  It is called "bottom fishing" and it is better than sitting in the boat.
    • I think we're going to fall from behind quite early and be forced to abandon the run game.  3 rushes -2 yards 1 catch -10 yards
