The first Carolina Panthers OTA session of 2016 is this morning. This is the first time the media has seen the NFC Champs on the field doing football related activities since the Superbowl.

I will be there, follow @Carolinahuddle on twitter for photos and such.

Please use this thread for other tweets, thoughts, this, that, the other.

No Paul Solai, or Kelvin Benjamin for the OTA's.

GREAT START TO OTA's!  Hurray!!!!!!!

Yeah, because the first day of offseason activities is such a good indicator of how our season will go.

Remember what happened last year?

I just hate injuries.

Yes, I do recall the shitting of the bed in the Super Bowl.  Thanks for bringing up bad memories.  Geez.

We don't know anything yet.

It's a little early to get upset.

    • So when the tape says something you disagree with it’s an excuse lol
    • Starting to think between his parents and school coddling him his whole life he's just shell shocked about being in the real world in general. Makes sense that he went home and just hunkered down all offseason to "get his mind off football" or whatever. Even during training camp on his birthday his parents were like in town (probably have an apartment for when he's there during the season I'm guessing) and his plans were to just go to dinner with his parents or something. Just seems real odd to me for a 23 year old to still be treated like a young teenager. If I had grown kids I'd be like get the fug out my house see you at Christmas, good luck getting your ass kicked for a while, lemme know if you need some help!
    • Could be that or it could be he was getting worse, clearly.  I figured an away game meant one more chance but apparently the players have had enough. I think that was the biggest thing.    I think, if he has his head on his shoulders, he will know it is him and not everything else, and he’ll show some humility and get to work. I’d bet he will see the field if nothing else in a showcase scenario, unless he flunks off the scout team too.  Or forces his way out.  Which I don’t think he can really do right now.
