dude grow the fug up with that bullshit.

don't be a little diva and exaggerate what I'm saying. There's a difference between discussing news and current events and discussing unrealistic madden-type scenarios that are just annoying and childish.

If you want to be the new Panthers United around here, you're off to a good start. Just keep in mind that kid isn't a member anymore.

idc who that "kid" is this is me and i will be me....not going to change for some internet bully you are trying to be.....

its ok people can have different ideas that you...you need to grow up

what about this is idiot?  We have a overall weak back field and he would/could bolster said backfield.  Ohh yea and stew has not been the healthiest in his career either?

please explain...

so the solution is to sign a RB that's even more injury-prone to back him up?

i get that...Arian was just the first guy to pop into my head....when cuts roll around and more players are out there we could have more choices....

but adding a veteran back wouldnt be a horrible idea

Also, Stew is a devout Christian while Arian Foster is a devout atheist.

This plus the fact that he sucks now and can't stay on the field to save his life is enough to stay away.

troll on

Yeah that's not important in the slightest. If you read that article that ESPN put out last year on his faith (or lack thereof) they talk about how Justin Forsett became one of his best friends while he was on the Texans with Foster. Forsett's father was a minister or some such and Forsett is very devout in his faith. Didn't stop them from chumming it up and being friends.

Just because you don't believe the same thing doesn't mean you can't be bros.

"troll on" is intuitive of my attempt to troll a troll.

Mind blown.

it was well known we were looking at the RB position in the draft.  Which doesn't bode well for one or more of our back ups.

Foster is a great back but more than injuries, I don't want his attitude messing with the locker room.  Vegan  or atheist/christian doesn't mean much, I've just heard too many stories about him being a different cat.   Which is a nice way of saying weird and not focused.  Doesn't play well with others.

That's why your thread sucks and you're getting beaten down by the masses. Because you posted the "first guy that popped into my head". That's always a good way to contribute garbage and people are going to respond in kind. If you wanted to have a RB depth conversation then create a thread explicitly about RB depth instead of a suggestive "Sign player X" thread.

TarHeel.. what don't you understand about the Panthers.... We don't sign Has Beens or Was Was... especially old decrepit Veterans. Panthers are looking to sign fresh players we can train. We have have old Veterans in the past as last minute bandages hence the 1 year contracts. So I don't want to hear about Patterson, Boldin, White, Hardy, Foster, Evans, Harvin or Freeney.
