Heard it's ok, single player at least.  Multiplayer is pretty terrible from what I've read around the web though.   Still cool it's back.

I think most Doom fans are interested in the single player anyway, as that never was a big multi-player game. Map creation and sharing, however, WAS a big part of the game and I'm glad they included the SnapMap feature.

Kind of hate the mulitplayer now because you can't tell who is hacking with the hack modules being in play.

Is this worth picking up? I'm debating if I want to trade in some stuff for this now or wait until a price drop. From the videos I've seen, it looks pretty smooth.

So I went ahead and picked it up. Prob played for like an hour last night but it looks like its going to be pretty fun.

Cool. I got it as a birthday gift last week but haven't had a chance to pop it in yet. I assume you were playing single player?

Yea there was like a 6 hour update downloading in the background and it was like 10:00. I'll be able to play a little bit more this weekend.
