Quinn, who was just coming off his latest offseason project—overhauling the locker room to create a more open space and foster a team connection by mixing up locker placement with different position groups and ages.

It's probably SealFit which is some Crossfit branch. They have former seals or whatever go around putting people through like three day intensives or whatever. 

Basically long ass endurance wods designed to make you miserable. Lots of sand bag carries, prowler pushes, etc

I imagine the purpose is more team building than anything else since nothing a seal actually does physically would translate onto a football field.

The Falcons are by-gones in this division. None of the other teams in our division will get above 9-7 this year. Saints will finish 4th, Bucs 3rd, Falcons 2nd.

There was a slight miscommunication in this story. Turns out they were actually trying to toughen up by training with baby seals from Sea World.

Heard Matt Ryan did very well at balancing a ball on his nose.

Big difference between a 1 day workshop to teach toughness

having a head coach born and raised on different Army posts around the world, living in the military culture of toughness and teamwork everyday, and who instilled and maintains that culture in our lockeroom, mixed in with his experience as an NFL player.

 

Falcants aren't committed to toughness long-term. That's why their Super Bowl is beating us in the regular season. 1 playoff win since 2005 is the proof.

some navy guy is gonna be leading them through mental toughness drills in a pool or something and dan quinn is gonna be fidgeting on the sidelines and sporadically yelling "yeah get it!" or "remember it's all about the BALL" at inappropriate times and making everyone call the seal sir and saying ten-hut every time the seal walks in the room and then they're gonna go 5-11

Maybe they can put a sign in the exit tunnel from their locker room that the players can touch as they leave:

"Don't play like a pussy today!"
