Wonder what training they do...  Do they tie em up and throw em in 50* water to get plummeted by the waves?  Do they tie em up and throw em in pool of water to hold breathe for 4 minutes?  Do they have to hold piece of wood trunk for 12 hours?

There's no tying up. You have to sit. Teaches self discipline. Hands tied behind the back, legs tied together, off a 10-12' platform, and swim across the pool is just fun.

How I view the Falcons. On the inside their heart pumps kool-aid....you can't manufacture toughness
