Ended up making the practice squad. Yeah, I whiffed on Wehger and Marlowe, but to be fair those two positions are much more difficult to assess in no contact no scheming drills. 

It is much easier to shine for corners and wide receivers...... do the Panthers have any of those this year in rookie camp? 

 

Should be fun.

Keyarris Garrett will be the guy. We haven't heard a peep out of him since he signed, except that one tweet basically saying that all he needed is the opportunity. 

He seems serious about his craft and ability. I will go out on a limb and pick him.

Well, he will have a shot. If he has what it takes for at least the practice squad it will show on Friday and Saturday, espescially when he is matched up against tryout DB's. 

 

Will also be interesting to see him against the drafted corners.

i don't really care if he's mvp, but I gotta pull for Garrett. Just from a Panthers viewpoint it would be great to have another tall (and sure handed) WR available. I'm not sure, with his college stats and size, that he'd stick on the practice squad without getting grabbed by another team.

I like Byrd, glad he is getting an opportunity.

Garrett is obviously talented, but people are going to have to be patient with him. I have a feeling expectations are already a little unrealistic.

I'm pulling for one of the corners to shut everything down. Even match up well with KB. Going into the season  with a rookie corner that has confidence  playing against the vets would be huge.
