2nd Wave Free Agency Starts May 12th

On May 12th, veterans signed will not count toward compensatory pick status. This will open a second wave of free agency as teams fill holes in their roster.

Players such as Leon Hall, Anquan Boldin, and Greg Hardy, still top the FA chart.
