I've watched a few breakdowns on Garrett now.  I dunno how the hell he went undrafted.  Did he test poorly at the combine or something?  Character concerns?  He catches as well as any WR in this draft outside of possibly Doctson and Shephard and he's big.

limited route tree? only thing i can come up with

his highlights look like nothing but go routes, slants and screens

Think the Vanderbilt TE Steven Scheu listing is a mistake.  Looks like he's signed by the Patriots.

I saw a few more than that in the full game breakdowns, but very very few WRs come out of college with the whole tree down.  Can't imagine that'd be it.  He looks perfectly capable of getting the whole tree, he was performing decent double moves, head pumps, etc pretty well.

Definitely has some skills to work with but he does body catch a lot.  Still size and speed are awesome.

Yea, when the throws are toward his body he does body catch rather than reaching out and plucking it, but he also high points high balls and can definitely catch away from his body when he needs to (when the pass isn't right into his body).
