This is also assuming we wouldn't have drafted a CB with Josh on the team, which is highly unlikely. Bradberry or Worley would still, most likely, be a Panther. Josh was a rental for the year.

The what if scenario you posted is exactly that, a what-if to bolster your case. Josh isn't a Panther, and that's sad, but making it seem like you have an argument because you made scenario where we still have the best Corner in the league last year is obviously no contest against two rookie corners. The long term picture is completely ignored.

Thompson and Miller were just hypotheticals, they could have been any other great player not at corner.

So many touchy people. Haven't seen one argument yet that we're better off in 2016 with no Norman and Bradberry and Worley than with Norman and 2 studs in other positions. We're not resigning KB anytime soon and I don't know what's going on with Star now that we have Robinson. Even if we tagged Norman and kept the tag, the money was already there to offer an extension to Short.

 

More people seem to be concerned about the Panthers' bottom line than our roster. I'm pro-Rivera. I promise you Rivera wanted Option A.
