Agree we need more Oline depth, but not quite as bad as you make it.  Remeber we've got some futures contract guys we signed in Jan. as well as last year's PS guys, so here's all our oline guys:

So there's Masifilo at C;  Dismukes, Larsen & Yankey at G (some of whom may also play C), and at T there's Foucault and Hawkins.  I would argue we're thinnest at Tackle.

  Gradkowski, Gino      C   6-3        300 27   5 Delaware
67  Kalil, Ryan C   6-2        300 31   10    Southern California
64 Masifilo, Matt C   6-3        280   26    2 Stanford

63 Foucault, David   T     6-8    320    27      2     Montreal
78 Hawkins, Donald   T    6-4    305 24      2    Texas
73 Oher, Michael   T    6-4    315 29      8    Mississippi
74 Remmers, Mike   T    6-5    305 27     4   Oregon State
60 Williams, Daryl   T    6-6    335 23     2   Oklahoma

62 Dismukes, Reese    G    6-3   295     23    1  Auburn
69 Larsen, Tyler G 6-4   315 24    1      Utah State
68 Norwell, Andrew G 6-6   325 24    3  Ohio State
79 Scott, Chris G 6-4   340 28    5 Tennessee
70 Turner, Trai G 6-3   320 22    3 LSU
61 Yankey, David G 6-6   320 24    2

Stanford

Some merit to what you're saying, so I should clarify developing young players. I define it as the young players that are on the 53. These are the guys the coaches definitely want to hang on to, since practice squadders can be signed away at any time by any other team, like we did with Delaire. Not saying Byrd or Dismukes or Yankey or anyone else won't make it, but they didn't make it to the 53 last year
