Gettleman says BPA philosophy changed this year.

There were some pretty clear desperation moves made tonight.  He couldn't really claim to be staying true to BPA afterwards.  I just hope they end up proving to be great picks and I hope Worley doesn't embarrass us like Hardy did.  IMO, we rolled the dice much bigger on him than we did Bradford.

I guess I commend him for coming out and being honest instead of trying to poker face lie about it....I mean like you said...it's too damn obvious now...you done reached Gman...hope like hell it works out.

But yea there is no way he was going to convince anyone he was going BPA anymore after this nonsense.

This guy is a real gentleman gang. He's never done anything wrong in his entire life. He's perfect. He's Jesus reincarnated.

    • No one is allowed to criticize XL unless you want serious clap back. He’s just one of those players that is immune to criticism on this board. But sorry that I don’t expect week in and week out drops, body catching, jumping for every ball when you don’t have to, horrible spatial awareness from a 1st round WR. He has so much to work on that it’s insane these issues didn’t drop him to atleast the 3rd round during the evaluation process. To make matters worse, the best RB today was a 4th round RB we could’ve waited later for and gotten someone like Cooper DeJean who filled a need in the 2nd who a lot of posters were pounding the table for including me.
    • Keywords there "Playoff offenses".  They might be the a huge piece, but in every case there, they are not the only piece.  might be a good run game, good QB, or great coaching.  Meanwhile yes we have a good RB, but we're still like 24th in Rush YPG.  Other Recieving options?  basically all rookies.  QB?  A guy who was benched after 2 games and just now learning the NFL.  Hell we have a rookie coach.  It. Takes. Time.
    • His route running has improved as the year has gone on, but the gator arms show up every week. From all accounts he works his ass off, so let's hope he continues to do so this offseason to improve his hands catching.
