Let's see, why would we not take 1 hit wonder Dodd or 1-move Ogbah?  Vernon Butler is the better  player. 

Second round? We are adding a Strong Safety--Su'a Cravens or Cash, IMO.  Heard it here first.

rock said it best...fine player but he will have a Shaq type impact on our team.  There isn't room for him to do that much unless someone gets hurt.   He will make our DL better but I wouldn't say that would be that noticeable in the short term

that isn't a knock on him.  We just have young studs that will be better in 2016 that will deserve plenty of time on the field

Admittedly, I think I wanted Hunter Henry more...but "big men allow you to compete". Can't have too much front 7 (cough Denver cough). 

 

Go out tomorrow, and let's see a trade up in the 2nd to grab a Henry, Shepard, Dodd, Ogbah, whoever.

Dont get me wrong Butler is an excellent pick but unless they plan on starting him as a DE, then hes not going to make an impact.  I would rather of had someone explosive to start opposite of an ealy and rotate with CJ.  I think the pass rush would be much better than rotating in another DT.  just my 2 cents.

Exactly. First pick in the 1st round for DG that I'm not excited about.
