I have three teenage boys and they asked for Fat Darrells. If you are unfamiliar, it is a sandwich consisting of chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, french fries, lettuce, tomato and marinara sauce on  a hoagie roll. The sandwich originated from a Rutgers University Food Truck several years ago.

My friends and I do trivia every Thursday at our favorite bar, so will be eating something there.  Will be home in time to toast some whiskey when our pick is announced and hit the sack so I am at work at 630!
