If Treadwell is available at 30, does Gettleman take him?

No thanks. A slow possession reciever. Our two issues in the SB were lack of separation which lead to pressure getting to our QB. Treadwell doesn't help with either so he isn't the best player available. Shepard in R2 is a better choice if Coleman is gone.

He's a MAULER in the run game though.  Just saying.

He definitely is but we don't run to the outside that much for it to be a significant difference I don't think. It might open up those Brenton Bersin screen plays though.

What's with all the Coleman hype lately? Hadn't really seen him mentioned with us until Voth tweeted yesterday or the day before. Now it seems everyone thinks he's the guy we want most. Did I miss something?

We need legit speed at WR.  Not just bandaids or speed with bad hands that can only do certain things...

If Treadwell is still on the board @30 ....3 second decision. Ofcourse.... why not... physical, big/tough guy, good enough hands, great blocker, game changer with YAC potential (FWIW) ..... his speed is the reason why he's been sliding ....every WR wont run 4.3.

As I've stated before, "If Dotson, Fuller, Treadwell, or Coleman are still sitting @30, get'em a jersey". I've also said I wouldn't be shocked if Boyd, Thomas, and Shepard have first round grades on "Gettleman's board". Flame away but expect the unexpected tomorrow night...

I understand that the dude is not a burner, but whether you want to admit it or not the kid has talent and he will become a playmaker in this league IMHO.....with time....

If he would have clocked say 4.30, he would probably be in top 8 discussion.

All that being said I'm Pretty sure our big board doesn't look like Mayock's top 100.

No way I'd take Fuller in the first.  He can't catch.
