We all knew when Gettlemen stepped in that he plays hard ball when it comes to numbers. He plays no games. With Hurney it was family, with Gettlemen, its like that step dad that is just a hard butt.

Who "ranked" the GM's?  The media? If that is the source of what you're referring to, let me be the first one to laugh at you. Gettleman isn't popular with the media because he tends to do GM things the way he wants rather than the way the media wants.

But, again, look at the link I provided.  BEST general manager as voted by his PEERS.

Think about that.  Then you look at the "GM ranking" that you are referring to above and ponder your sins.
