Wow: Norman tried firing his agent and signing the tender, but Gettleman had already rescinded

So yesterday it was Cam/Luke/Ron = 70%, Dave = 30%, in regards to the team's success.  Today, it's a "System: a set of connected things or parts forming a complex whole, in particular. Aka football organization."  What will tomorrow bring?

its math bro

1/3 are players

1/3 is coaches

1/3 is front office

2/3 of  100 is around 70% bro bro bro

But you will skew the argument to make your point right , lets look forward to the draft instead of silly arguments.

Gettleman is a very very good GM especially with Cap management and Drafting players but He did not single handedly turn this team around. This process started when  Ron & Cam came in & accelerated with draft of Luke following year.

70% of success came from Ron, Cam, & Luke

30% is Dave

You're too busy with your silly teenager-esque quips to know what the fug you even said.  Focus less on getting your point across with childish, "derp, ur too busy sucking Gettleman," or "bro bro bro," comments, and more on your fuging content.  You gave 70% of the team's success to three people.  Not other players, not other coaches.  Three individual guys.  Then you gave the remaining 30% to one guy.  So 100% of the team's success, is credited to 4 individuals.  Now, keep wondering why people think you're an idiot...

Your right my earlier comment was misleading but Ron represented the coaches while cam & Luke represented the players that's why I revised to this,

1/3 are players

1/3 is coaches

1/3 is front office

BTW what percentage of success do you give to the players, coaches, & GM

Horse poo, Josh.

Complete and utter horse poo.

Its exactly what Gettleman said, YOUR AGENT IS A REFLECTION OF YOU.  If you didn't want your agent to do the things he did, you should have been paying attention.  So either (1) you were paying attention and your agent WAS doing what you told him to do or (2) you're a fugging moron by not being a part of the process between your hired legal representation and the team.

Neither option reflects well on Josh Norman.

Exactly, I think he knew exactly what was going on which is why his agent was retained as a co-rep.  Obviously if we really wanted him here, he would be here.  I'm glad our front office can see his value and act accordingly.  I would not be on board with signing josh for $12+ mill for 4 years much less $15mil LOL.

Putting it that way makes your original statement pretty meaningless because you could group it any way you want to.

You could say "it has more to do with the GM and the coaches than it does the players" or "it has more to do with the GM and the players than it does the coaches". None of it really means anything because you're just looking at two of three equal groupings.

So basically, you've just successfully disproven your own point.

Congrats, I guess...

It takes everyone.  I don't necessarily break it down into percentages per "group."  Everyone has to buy into the team's philosophy, on every level, whether it's team building, or game strategy.  I think that's where a lot of our success has come from, over the past few years.  The coach and GM work very well together, and support each other.  The players have bought into the coach's philosophy/system.  Our GM has drafted very well, and picked up key pieces in FA.  Our coaches have done a great job getting the best out of the guys they have to work with.  The list goes on, but it takes all of them, doing a pretty damn good job, to make it work like it has.

Then you agree that a GM is not more important than players or coaches  but equals ?

Norman had every chance to sign the tender and report for workouts. Said he wouldn't be at the pre season workouts. Blame everyone else if you want to. Put the pen to paper and problem solved. To late now ' toothpaste is already out of the tube'....so to speak
