Don't know what the impllications of it are for him legally but just from an observational perspective its not so out of the ordinary.

Kitty Hawk on 64 heading back to gvegas.  Car with 13 in line ahead was inconsistent in speed and I decided to go around all of them.  Hit 145 mph as the turbo was breathing in all that air. Stupid, yes.  Fun, hell yes!!!
