Norman was not a production of a system

Oh yeah cause those two are all pro caliber players, with the responsibility of covering the opposings teams best reciever.

And btw Bene was sharing snaps with Melvin White

Norman wasn't assigned to cover the other teams best receiver either. You'd know this if you watched the games.

Since you don't, I suggest you look up the term "zone coverage".

Norman would quite often follow the number 1 receiver(not always) but you wouldn't know this of course since you where finishing off Gettleman

btw the zone Normsn usually covered included the opposing team number 1

Actually, he pretty much never did because that's not the system the Panthers play. Hence, why opponents kept moving their best receivers into the slot where they knew Norman wouldn't follow.

You know as much about defensive systems as you do offensive ones, i.e. nothing.

Try to keep up I've already explained this, a lot of corners don't follow reciever a into the slot.

heres a video of Norman with Julio going sideline to sideline

oh and if team is willing to change its playbook and scheme to avoid Norman, then he's doing his job to quite a high level.

Man "shutdown" corners like Revis do.

Zone corners like Norman don't.

Norman was good, but he and every other DB we have play within the system, more specifically a Jim Johnson style 4-3 zone blitz. In our case, played frequently from the nickel.

Again, I know you don't understand anything I just wrote, but the adults on here do.

Eh wrong again, Revis would never follow Welker into the slot, he didn't even follow Steve in the slot. Last season Odell has 150 yards on the jets Revis didn't follow him everywhere.

And last season was the first time we started blitzing our LB on a regular basis since our pass rush was poor. A lot of those times Norman was left on a island.

I think I'm gonna have to break down game by game to you since you obviously were occupied with something else.

In 2014 Norman was sure as hell not considered elite, and if you paid any attention at all most of the time JNO was used to take away teams #2 while we doubled the #1.

Your infantile football acumen is amusing please continue.

In 2014 he didn't give a single TD once he became the starter, Julio had his two of his worst games against Norman.

Like I said get yourself all 22 and learn something

Zone blitz is the base scheme, kid.

You can't even break down a play, much less a game.

Oh yeah I forgot cause when you run a zone blitz it's illegal for a corner to play man.

Your football all knowledge is outstanding LOL

Yours is nonexistent, kid.

You don't understand our schemes on either side of the ball, and all the huffing and puffing in the world won't change that.
