Not sure. Reports have been he wants to be paid $16M/year. Only "17" I can think of was Vernon's $17M/year deal a little while ago, but that has nothing to do with Josh.

hiring a new agent gives him the ability to come back to the table, and still save face...if he wants to come back to the table.

either way, it's probably a good move for him to get a real NFL agent.

Wish him the best. But I kinda think he's gonna find out the hard way the grass ain't always greener on the other side. 

He's gonna get over paid by some team and then we'll get to see how good he really is.
