lol no he's not. Not ruling out a comeback, but he's not signing a $7m per deal; plenty of other teams will offer him at least the $12m per the Panthers were offering.

Thought I even read somewhere on Twitter this morning that guaranteed money wasn't a big priority so far.  No real agent would be telling a football client to not go after guaranteed money, so good on JNo for hiring someone with more expertise.
