I think he's good.  It will be interesting to see how he does outside of our "system" though.  We have seen some one year DB's get paid a lot, and not do so well elsewhere.  Coleman could probably get a huge payday somewhere right now, and what's he ever done?  I'm not saying that will be the case with Norman, but you can't help but think about it, you know?

This will hurt us in 2017. We will never find someone that can play at his level in the draft or remaining free agency. Maybe a trade...maybe. But long term not having a contract like that on a player like that is for the good of the team. He was asking for damn near Cam Newton money.
