For my money, I'm going with Pumpkin Pie w/ whipped cream.

This is a dessert that thrives in the fall. He has the ability to be plugged in for multiple holidays; a traditional, go-to kind of pie....and has tremendous upside with a "dab" of whipped cream on top.

Fudgey the Whale...throwback type dessert

Key Lime Pie...Hails very close to The U has the potential to be great but often times falls flat. 

Peanut Butter Pie...Usually found in the midwest/small towns. Underrated and if done right can go up against any big city desserts

Baked Alaska...fug you 

Apple Pie with 2 scoops of Ice Cream...dat deal. Just a solid choice. lunch pail type dessert. consistent

Sea Salt Carmel Gelato...well balanced but becoming too main stream

We have a pie off the board already. I'd rather the best player at the cobbler position than the second best player at the pie position. Gimme warm Cherry Cobbler with vanilla ice cream.

Granted, not a classic dessert, Eclair Cake is about as easy to make as anything and sure to be a hit with the cousins at your family reunion.
