I do believe Lawson is G-Man's #1 guy, but like you said, he more than likely won't be there at #30.  But honestly, I think Dodd is better.  He destroyed a damn good Alabama o-line. Taking Dodd in the 1st would be awesome.

Lawson is more athletic and the better player. Recency bias is the only reason people believe Dodd is better.

I've always thought he was really similar to Charles Johnson both in build and play style. Lawson isn't really a burn you around the edge speed rusher like Freeney is.

Remember when all of those draft experts compared Everette Brown to Dwight Freeney? Then we saw what happens when you use a spin move without being explosive of the snap. You just spin in place and go nowhere. Sorry for the Brown flashback.
