LOL, you forgot the road games.

I live in Wilmington. Most of the raffle participants last year were from here, Charlotte, Raleigh, and some other parts of NC. It's tough enough for out NC of towners to make it to a home game. I don't have the reach to draw too many people with availability to go to Seattle, even if they won the tickets. For that reason, home games only.

No mention of a raffle in your original post.

"I'm beginning to shop for game tickets to raffle for the ALZ charity for this year" was a bit confusing. i apologize. What I meant to say was that I'm beginning to shop for game tickets to raffle for the ALZ charity for this year. Hope that helps.

Yeah never went to the 2nd post while pondering your poll question.

Maybe poll question would be better "Which home game would you prefer for 2nd annual ALZ Charity raffle etc, blah, blah, blah.

Then also give people not interested in the raffle or out of area a place where they could simply donate to your cause.

And kudos to you for the effort and go Panthers!

Ha ha no worries. Was just trying to get a feel for which games might do the best at this point. I provide all the info after the page is set up, but I don't get into that before around August.

Last year's is way back in the forum somewhere. I basically give a link to my team's page at alz.org (Alzheimer's Association). All money goes directly to the charity, so we'd have some people donate who weren't necessarily interested in the raffle, but had their names put in anyway, ha ha. I basically gave a number of "raffle ticket" numbers based on donation amount, and then had a drawing. One set of tickets last year, plus some random swag, hats and stuff. It did pretty well. Instead of simply donating my usually $200, I donated tickets to the raffle, which ended up raising about $2k. Plus we have fun with it.

This year I think we'll be doing two games, with two separate drawings. Gotta think big right? Keep on the lookout around training camp time. I'll put something out with a link and rules. Thanks for the kudos.

Yeah ill go with this.  I actually think arz takes a step back this year

Arizona is definitely happening, just not sure about the other game. Figured Tampa for MNF would be a hot ticket, but Atlanta to close the season (and maybe decide the division) could also be good.

    • Hang in there, my friend.  I think Tepper has learned he needs to be hands off the football operations.  I'm anxious to see what we do the rest of the season.  Have faith.

    • i felt good for those few games that bryce didn't look like the worst in the league. all that fell apart again sunday.  i'm borderline just bailing on it all. i've been hanging on by a thin thread for several years. i mean it's not even fun to watch any football right now.
