If you look at things simply from the perspective of who has been the best the last 2 years for example, Elway would be up there but honestly most of the other guys wouldnt be other than perhaps Belicheck.  Still Belicheck hasnt been that great drafting or stockpiling picks as he did in the past.  So he gets the nod because of his history as much as his current work.

I still dont see Gettleman further down than 3rd.  After all didnt he win executive of the year last year??

Someone needs to have this clown checked into rehab. DG got guys other teams wrote off, to come here and play for "cheap", traded for others, drafted up to get others, all this team has done is won 3 Division Titles in a row, NFC Championship and SB trip in the 3 yrs he's been here. 8th place is a slap in his face.
