Gonzo looked pretty darn good gainst the Fins...one where he caught a pass from Ryan about 11 yds out and ran it in for the TD....like to see uor TE's do that...

Jake needs to actually throw to the TE to do that. I'm really hoping Barnidge is used a lot more, that dude has so much potential.

    • Looks so much like a lot of 2023 Panthers pass charts.  When a franchise fires the last guy for bad time management, yesterday likely sealed Brown's fate. Also the fact this is the second rookie QB he has struggled to work with, that's a big black mark on his resume regardless of how much of the responsibility falls on him. Caleb needs protection more than anything else. Yes, some of that is on him but there were times when he had no chance. Caleb's body language is really worrying, though, because if there's one definite advantage Bryce has over Caleb, it's the mental part. Caleb had some moments during his senior year that had me worried whether he could handle adversity at the highest level. Not to say he can't suddenly play better if/when things improve, but it may be tougher for him.
    • They are on an NFL roster now, and you build the roster from the bottom up.  Who are you going to keep (most are projects of some sort) and who are you going to move away from?  Another point--some players develop and mature at different rates--some players are "gamers" and not good practice players.  You could try Farley at S, for example.  You could see if Velus Jones can make a play or two from various spots (RB, WR, KR).  What is the reason you wouldn't?
    • Bucs just ruled out Winfield Jr, Sterling Shepard, and Cade Otton.
