I just found out about this recently. Offended a couple from California. 

Gooks, Nips, Flips...all have 20th century wartime origins meant to be offensive whereas Orientals (to me) is just a broad term used. It's like when spanish people refer to all asians as Chinos. Many asians get offended because it's being assumed you are calling them Chinese.

What if you took out the "t" making it Ghoskin.  Like hybrid word so you don't have to worry about hyphenating.  idk i'm spitballing here.

Ghost kin is my vote.  You could use pale men but the only people that could say it would be pale men referencing other pale men or if Kanye West gives his permission.
