Not surprising,  since he said he deserved QB type money. I'm fine with,  not giving him that much. Not sure I'd go higher than $11 -  $12 million per year on a multi year deal.

If he was a few years younger, I wouldn't have an issue with 16M. 

 

Bill Polian made a comment on Sirius NFL Radio months ago about offering big contracts to FA players. Basically saying a deal like $16M for Norman may seem ludicrous now, but in 2-3 years it will an average to below average price with the way the market is inflating and rise is salary cap. We are already seeing that with Luke and Cam.

16 million a year for Josh Norman is a joke. He is absolutely not worth that much. At no point has he been better than Revis in his prime. Josh does not seem like a reasonable human being.
