Peanut and it isn't close.

Peanut Butter are probably my favorite though.

Pretzel M&Ms were a close second...not sure if they're still around though.

For me - Dark Chocolate Peanut M&Ms, then Peanut M&Ms.  I love dumping bags of either into my mouth while I play madden and throw bombs to Kelvin and Funchess.
