Dude...the pictures speak for themselves.  He beat the hell out of her and then paid her off to disappear....that is why she is now "unwilling to fight the good fight".

Even the Cowboys are letting that human POS walk.

Anyone with more that two firing synapses knows he is guilty

Whatever.  Do you advocate the death penalty for him?  The dude served 21 games.  If totally unrelated elevator video from New Jersey never surfaces he likely gets zero.  He will be on a roster, this year, and that team will likely have unbelievable risk/reward value in this cutthroat multi-billion dollar business.

The fact that Cam Jordan was not charged with a crime should not automatically mean there is no suspension of any kind based on the precedent set.

I must say Greg, you have toned down a lot since your last visit here.

The pictures did NOT indicate that "he beat the hell out of her".  In fact they could be construed as a man trying NOT to beat the hell out of her by restraining her. I have seen gals and guys alike that have had the hell beat out of them, and those pictures didn't indicate that at all.

As for the Cowboys, that's what happens when you get into an altercation with the coach.  Hardy obviously has some issues, but he doesn't have a history as a woman beater unlike what some of you are trying to imply. He doesn't even have a history of beating men up (and don't tell me that such a large man can't beat the hell out of most).

Hardy is absolutely guilty of being stupid. He is guilty of getting involved with a train wreck of a woman, and he is guilty of getting into an altercation with a head case (that was perhaps even more "crazy" than he is), but that doesn't make him any more of a POS than any other man who finds himself involved with a nut job before he learns the reality of the situation. And, it certainly doesn't mean that he is any more of a POS than the nut job.  Moreover, settling out of court is not necessarily an admission of guilt or innocence, it is a practical way to keep all sides from even further embarrassment, expense, and perhaps even perceived harassment. It is a tool of our justice system, like it or not. Neither side is forced to use it. They have to be in agreement for whatever their reasons.

Like I have alluded to before, anyone with a fair-minded brain will look at the unfortunate situation and come to the realization that the information surrounding the whole matter was extremely nebulous, so the best thing to do is probably just to refrain from making any solid judgments in favor of or against one side or the other.
