RG3 in Carolina?

RG3 lost his job to Kirk Cousins, say that to yourself 3 times. Yeah, you like that.

Did you even watch that guy on the sidelines the last few years? He looked totally disconnectd from the rest of the team. Now think about DA here behind Cam. RG3 needs to go to a team that has a crap QB so he has a chance to start again and actually play again. He'd never get that here. Somewhere like Denver, LA or Cleveland.

It means they achieved less than was expected

People expected Griffin to lead his team to a Super Bowl, maybe win an MVP and at the very least be their franchise guy for 10-15 years

He led them to one playoff game and not only didn't get a long-term extension, but sucked after 2012 and was cut

1 thing I willl give rg3 is that he was likely forced to play on a knee he never should have. That whole situation was a little disturbing with Mike Shannahan failing to admit any responsibility for it. He was never the same since so I do feel for him some. Still, its been a few years now.

Of course, the Panthers already have Derek Anderson and Joe Webb... both arguably better QBs than Bob the Third.

Sending me a link about a completely different subject does not absolve RG3 from being a selfish teammate who met with his coaches to discuss which plays in the playbook were "acceptable" and which were "unacceptable," nor does it absolve his underachieving performance for the last several years

You're spouting the same type of media hype about Robert that they write about Cam.  It's boring.  The real deal is that Robert was, is and will be a baller in the NFL when given a half of a chance (because, honestly, that's all he will be allowed)  that his contemporaries get.

It's not boring. It's wrong with regard to Cam, and it's right with regard to Griffin. Why does he matter so much to you, anyway? Shouldn't you be happy with Cam? He's only 1000x better anyway

I'm not advocating Robert for the Panthers.  I'm saying that the negative hype that Robert receives is just that and it's unwarranted and unjust.  Robert is good.  I wouldn't say Cam is a whole 1000x better, about 75x better.

The criticism of RG3 is wholly warranted and just. Do you think the Skins wanted him to crash and burn and waste 3 1st rounders?  Open your eyes and come out from under that rock from the 1960's. You sound like the opposite of a KKK clan member. Does he deserve another chance with another team? Sure, but he has alot to prove and nobodys gonna hand him anything anymore.

That's your opinion, just like I have an opposite opinion.  No the Skins didn't want that but the former and current head coaches did want that and they accomplished the crashing.  Robert hasn't burned though.  The 60s was a great decade.  You'll have to own that KKK comment as you must be knowledgeable as to their thoughts and doings.  If you think anybody handed Robert ANYTHING, you're under the rock.  Stay there if you like.
