Well, if you want to throw a grenade right into the locker room and destroy the chemistry, RG3 is your guy. Never mind how his former players tried to sabotage him but think about the media circus and the inevitable QB controversy they'll stir up at the first opportunity.

However, place RGIII's talent on another no name QB and I'd say we should get that guy no brainer.

I don't see him being happy as a solidified back up, and he's earned the right to think otherwise.
