I don't think Chuck is dead, but I think that could be the final straw that sends him away, either to a mental institution or even more solitude.  His partner thinks he's crazy and losing it after the filing thing.    The incident at the paper copy place makes it look even worse.

Yeah he may not be dead but he certainly will not be the same and it will be a tremendous weight for Jimmy to carry around. On the other hand, hell, it may cure him! Ha!

However, earlier in the episode during the scene in the house with Kim, Jimmy told Chuck something along the lines of "you need to lie down with a cold wash cloth on your forehead" and by the end it did indeed appear Chuck was lying on the floor with what appeared to be a wash cloth applied to his head.

I am curious to see how his ad turns out.

Seeing his mom calling for Jimmy in her final seconds, and then how he withholds that information from him, you really see how deeply jealous Chuck is and probably has always been of Jimmy always being the favorite whether its their mom, their dad, or even his own wife. I saw the tape recorder thing coming a mile away, but I still think Jimmy is more crafty than Chuck, and will wriggle his way out of this situation somehow.

I thought of somebody coming from another room hearing the conversation, but the tape is better. Maybe Chuck's fear of electricity kills the tape, tho.

Jimmy changing the address on the paperwork, and everything that unfolded was pretty messed up on his part.

But Chuck is just as deceitful, and arguably worse. In terms of just being an awful human being, purposely withholding the fact that their mother called Jimmy's name before she passed merely out of jealousy, and spite is just about as low as you can possibly get.

Also, looks like Gus Fring will be in season 3, thinking he is behind the "Don't" note left for Mike.

I was thinking Gus too. imo though Chuck doesn't get involved and push so hard to keep Mesa Verde if it's going to anyone other than Jimmy (by association with Kim) he's only doing it so his brother CAN'T have it, which imo is just as shitty. Jimmy's retaliation was fair play in this instance.

He is. Gilligan confirmed it. Plus, the episode titles were an anagram for "FRINGS BACK".. Some dude with way too much time on his hand figured it out
