I think he talked about how important pass rushers are a couple weeks ago. With the DE talent this year it makes sense to draft one in the first.

Star has 2 more years under contract assuming the 5th year option is picked up which it will be and Soilai's deal is for 2 years. Soilai is also 32 already. He is not a long term option.
