So we kind of got excited about Coples, Weddle, Falcons DT, and now Raji and none have panned out.   It's fine move on to next one but I would like Coples.

I'm sure we discussed terms with him and whatever we and other teams were offering was probably not enough to entice him to keep playing. Not really a big deal though. He has been living off his name and 1 good year for pretty much his entire career. We aren't missing out on much and I would assume the amount Gettleman was willing to pay reflected that.
