Yeah that's pretty accurate . Beasley though is going to be a problem I've compared him to Von Miller on here and got killed. He might not be quite as fast but Vic Beasley is a game wrecker . Dodd and Lawson aren't poo compared to Beasley

Clemson fan here; Dodd and Lawson have more NFL potential than Beasley. Beasley played the bandit end in our defense, which is basically means line up out wide and tee off on the passer regardless of the situation. He was, and still is weak at stopping the run, not for a lack of effort, but because of his size.

Offense puts butts in the seats, and they have to sell PSLs for the new Big Red A stadium they'll play in next year. Not surprised they want to improve the offense, while only signing a DE better at run-stopping than pass-rushing for their defense

Sanu isn't bad stats don't tell the whole story he can be a problem opposite Jones

Sanu led the leauge in drops two years ago.  He's a worse version of LaFell. He struggles to seperate, disappears from games, and drops critical passes.

He's not very good. He's not a problem.

His good game against us was against Anyone "20 yards off" Cason.

You know they just signed a C, right?

yeah and he's 30 and there are four other positions on the offensive line

both of their tackles, schraeder and jake matthews, are alright.  it's an area that's been ignored for years and personally i'm glad they wasted matt ryan's prime like they did before getting their poo together.

i'm not just talking about their OL though.  atlanta's pass rush is absolute balls and they basically need vic beasley to get a lot better in a hurry.  they had 19 sacks last season which was last in the league.  there were individual pass rushers who came close to that many.

Atlanta spending all this money on marginal skill players but will once again field the worst offensive/defensive lines in the league next year. Meanwhile expect Gettleman to add 2/3 pieces to our lines then load up on talent in this deep draft. Atlanta will finish second or third in 2016 and yell "next year we rise up" like they do after every season.

They gave almost $50 million to a 30 year old center, $21 million to a DE that's had 9 sacks over 4 years and now $32 million to a WR coming off a season with 394 yards and a huge drop problem.

Way to knock this free agency thing out of the park Falcons.

and they are looking to bring in Vernon Davis

Here's the WF grade for this signing LOL

Falcons sign WR Mohamed Sanu (5 years, $32.5M; $14M guaranteed): LAUGHING TOO HARD TO CONCENTRATE ON KIELBASA INSERTION Grade
Whoever was responsible for this signing needs to be thrown in prison for stupidity. It's that horrible. In fact, it's so terrible that even Matt Millen, who was notorious for overpaying pedestrian receivers, must be laughing at it. The Falcons should apologize to him for spoiling the mood.

I don't get the thought process behind this. Sure, the Falcons needed a new No. 2 receiver, but that doesn't mean that they should've thrown $32.5 million at a terrible player. And Sanu is terrible for sure. Sanu caught just 33 balls in 2015, and in the year before, when he was utilized more in the wake of numerous injuries, he led the league in dropped passes, all while struggling to separate. He logged 56 catches for 790 yards.

A realistic contract for Sanu should've been a 2-year, $5 million deal with about $1.5 million guaranteed. And that's being generous. It's quite apparent that the Falcons haven't watched any tape of Sanu. Either that, or they're intentionally trying to ruin Millen's afternoon.
